RESCHEDULING | CANCELLATIONS | MAKE-UP LESSONS

In order to receive a make-up lesson, please allow a six-hour advanced notice for lesson rescheduling or cancellation.

 

TARDINESS | NO-SHOWS

If you are tardy to an in-person lesson, that time is lost, unfortunately. Please include extra time for your commute to my house for unanticipated traffic. For virtual lessons, there is a 15-minute waiting period before I log offline. I do not give make-up lessons for tardiness and no-shows.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Tuition is due on a month-to-month basis in advance for the total number of lessons in the upcoming month. A new invoice will be issued at the end of each month for the total number of lessons in the upcoming month. Payment is due in full by the first lesson of each month. All paid lessons are non-refundable, except in the case of a serious medical condition. Zelle and checks are preferred methods of payment.
