Covid-19 Precautions

If you (or a family member) are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, please DO NOT come to your in-person lesson that day. We can meet virtually, or reschedule the in-person lesson after proof of a negative Covid test or clearance from the doctor.

 

Attendance

Please make all effort to be on time. Keep in mind that there is likely another student scheduled right behind you, so I may not be able to go over our original end time to make-up for the lost time, unless my schedule allows for it on that day.

 

Rescheduling a Lesson

If you need to reschedule a lesson for any reason, please notify me at your earliest convenience. If you need to cancel on the same day of your previously scheduled lesson, please notify me at least 3 hours before your lesson time so that I can plan for childcare arrangements. Also, following a lesson cancellation, it is your responsibility to keep track of your unused prepaid lessons. Please reach out to me to schedule any make-up lessons. 

 

Missed lessons (no-shows) without any advanced notice will be subject to forfeit without exception. I will not be able to schedule a make-up lesson or issue a refund.

 

Tuition & Payment

I do month-to-month commitments, without any long-term contracts; therefore, payment for tuition is due on a month-to-month basis in advance for the total number of lessons in the upcoming month. During the last week of the current month, I will issue a new invoice for the upcoming month. Payment is due in full by the student's first lesson in the new month.  All paid lessons are non-refundable. Cash, checks, and debit cards (via Zelle or Google Pay) are all accepted methods of payment.
