MAKE-UP LESSON POLICY
If you need to reschedule a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify me at your earliest convenience, or at least 3 hours before your originally scheduled lesson time.

If you are unable to notify me at least 3 hours prior to your lesson start time, scheduling a make-up lesson is at my discretion. Please note that missed lessons without any advanced notice will be subject to forfeit without exception. I will not be able to schedule a make-up lesson or issue a refund.

If you are late to a lesson, that time is lost. However, on a case-by-case basis, I may go over the original lesson end time to make-up for the lost time. Please note that if I have students scheduled back-to-back I will not be able to extend the scheduled lesson time.
PAYMENT POLICY
I do month-to-month commitments. No long-term contracts. Therefore, payments are collected on a month-to-month basis in advance for the total number of lessons in the upcoming month. During the last week of the current month, I will issue a new invoice for the upcoming month; payment is due in full by the student's first lesson in the new month. All paid lessons are non-refundable. Cash, checks, and debit cards (via Zelle or Google Pay) are all accepted payment methods.
